What is Dantherm Funding
Dantherm Funding is offered through an energy services agreement, (ESA). We implement energy saving solutions in your facility without any up front charge.
The cost of the project is recovered from the energy savings that we make. Additionally you can share in the cost savings whilst the funding is repaid.*
After the contract you keep the entire solution including the full value of future savings.

The Process
Carbon Surveys
Dantherm engineers complete a short assessment survey followed by a full and detailed site survey where significant carbon saving opportunities exist.
Technical Solution
A technical solution is designed that optimises the operational performance of your facility and minimises its carbon footprint.
Funding
Dantherm provides the funding to cover the cost of the entire technical solution including products, installation, maintenance, monitoring and warranty.
Implementation
Dantherm project manage the entire installation. Minimal impact to the day to day operation of the leisure facility is the priority at this stage.
Funding the ESA (energy services agreement)
The service agreement period is tailored to suit your needs.
The funding includes regular maintenance, remote monitoring of conditions and any necessary breakdown support provided by Dantherm.
Additionally you can share in the cost savings whilst the funding is repaid.*
The value of the energy savings and the associated repayment charges are independently measured and quantified.
End of ESA (energy services agreement)
After completion of the service agreement the title of goods is transferred to the customer along with the entire value of all future savings. Dantherm will present a price to continue the maintenance and performance monitoring.
